Job Description Summary:

Pediatrician sought by Memorial Physician Services d/b/a Memorial Medical Group in Jacksonville, IL (Morgan County). Duties: Provide comprehensive clinical care to pediatric patients. Diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of internal organs in infants, children and adolescents. Examine patients for symptoms to determine the presence and extent of diseases, injuries, and disorders. Establish treatment and prevention plans according to developmental growth stages. Prescribe medication, order diagnostic tests, and refer patients to medical specialists as necessary. Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds assessing patients' clinical, psychosocial and disposition status. Prepare consultative and procedural reports and maintain all medical records. Requirements: M.D. (Medical Degree), or equivalent, completion of residency in Pediatrics; must have license to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure in the State of Illinois.
