Job Description Summary:

As the Lead Speech Therapist you will be responsible for planning and coordination of clinical operations and program development of the speech therapy clinical program. Provides and coordinates comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning and implementation of the treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines (approximately 75% of time is dedicated toward management of clinical caseload). Additionally, assists Director and Rehabilitation Manager in on-site supervision of inpatient and speech therapy rehabilitation staff, support staff particularly coordination of interdisciplinary team members along with day-to-day operation in absence of Rehabilitation Manager. Job Description:

Education: - Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Illinois required. - American Speech/Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certification preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Illinois licensed Speech Therapist. - CPR certification is required. Experience: - Five years’ clinical experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting required.

Pay Transparency

$37.43 - $58.02

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
