The Workplace Violence Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the system’s comprehensive workplace violence prevention program aimed at preventing and addressing workplace violence within the organization. This role ensures a safe, secure, and supportive environment for colleagues, patients, and visitors by leading measures to reduce incidents of workplace violence through education, policy development, reporting mechanisms, and other proactive strategies. Supports the Workplace Violence Steering Committee, which is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of initiatives relating to workplace violence.
