Job Description Summary:
The Executive Office Manager oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the executive office, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role provides administrative, operational, and project support to executive leadership and governing bodies as assigned. The Executive Office Manager serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitates communication across departments and leadership teams, and supports executive, board, and organizational initiatives.
Job Description:
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in business or health related field is preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registry: - N/A Experience: - Five (5) years of experience in office management, executive assistant, executive office support, or related administrative role. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and business operations. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. - Ability to work effectively with executives, board members, physicians, leaders, staff, and community stakeholders.
Pay Transparency
$29.44 - $45.64
Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
