As a New Graduate RN at Decatur Memorial Hospital, you'll receive the support you need to transition from student to professional nurse. Through a structured, nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program, you'll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, surrounded by experienced nurses, preceptors and mentors dedicated to your success. Pay Transparency

$30.23 - $48.37

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
