Job Description Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Department will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care of acutely ill patient. Provides care to all age groups through the proper utilization of the nursing process; assessment, formulation of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of plan of care in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. Responsible for supervising nursing staff to care for groups of patients. Embodies the Memorial Health System Performance Excellence Standars of Safety, Courtesy, Quality, and Efficiency that support our mission, vision and values.

Job Description:

Education: - Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Licensed in the State of Illinois. - Certified in CPR or completes certification within 90 days of employment. Experience: - 2-3 years experience preferred. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Advanced skills in reading, writing and oral communications. - Demonstrated knowledge of basic skills of professional nurse. - Demonstrates skills in the use of clinical information systems, basic skills in keyboarding and use of computer systems.

Pay Transparency

$28.25 - $45.21

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
