*** $20,000 Sign on Bonus Available *** Previous Surgical Technologist experience and/or successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program is REQUIRED *New Graduate Surg Tech students, and Surg Tech students enrolled in the 2nd year of an accredited Surgical Technologist program are encouraged to apply! The Main Operationg Room Surgical Technologist performs “scrub” technologist duties for scheduled surgeries in the Main Operating Room, and assists with the draping and utilization of instruments for a particular surgery and age of the patient serviced. Demonstrates knowledge in the basic principles of sterile technique and sterilization procedures. Clinical ladder advancement opportunities available. Job Description:

Education: - Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program and/or relevant Surgical Technologist experience is REQUIRED. - Completion of Anatomy and Physiology classes preferred. - High School graduate or equivalent required. - Attends JCAHO, OSHA, and hospital/nurse manager-specified mandatory in-services. - Obtains four contact hours in area of interest Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Maintains current CPR certification - Surgical Technologist Certification preferred Experience: - Previous experience in multiple surgical specialties is preferred.

Pay Transparency

$25.72 - $39.86

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
