***Sign-on Bonuses up to $30,000.00*** The Staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. Embodies the Memorial Health System Performance Excellence Standards of Safety, Courtesy, Quality, and Efficiency that support our mission, vision and values Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or other states. Current CPR card. Job Description:

Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Current Illinois Licensure as Occupational Therapist or license eligible required. - Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Pay Transparency

$31.51 - $48.83

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
