***$30,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*** Direct, supervise, evaluate and provides occupational therapy services to the patient. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or other states. Current CPR card. Job Description:
Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Illinois licensed/licensed eligible as an Occupational Therapist - Certified in CPR or complete certification within 30 days of employment Experience: Previous clinical experience, preferred Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with customers, management, co-workers and physicians - Strong organizational skills a must - Strong verbal communication skills - Willing to be educated further to complete CEU requirements - Must be able to multi-task effectively - General office, health care setting – exposure to infectious disease. - Requires moderately heavy physical exertion on a regular and reoccurring basis such as assisting patients in transfer activities (wheelchair to bed, to tub, to commodes) and providing substantial support to individuals in ambulation therapy. - Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. - Occasionally required to sit. - Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. - Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Pay Transparency
$31.51 - $48.83
Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
